They drove heavy equipment over their brand new sidewalk and now theyre refusing to correct it, because it will be cheaper to wait until they are done driving heavy equipment on the sidewalk,then they can address these all at once. Staff investigated this report and issue has been mitigated.
The contractor will be required to replace all of the broken sidewalks before the project is closed out. They are also not permitted to drive on the sidewalk.
