I spoke with Melissa at this office, and she said that Kierra (who damaged her car tire) should call IU Inlocc Insurance, they handle all of Indiana University claims. I did try to call Kierra to notify her of this, however her voice mail box is full. I will email her at the email address that she left on this Ureport.
