Other: while attempting to report a malfunctioning traffic light (which I subsequently did on my laptop) to Ureport on my iphone SE, the screen does not scroll down far enough (well, it does, but doesn't stay long enough to:) press "next" after typing in contact information. (looks like step 3 in process of reporting) Changing screen orientation does not solve problem.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 2 days, although some cases may be longer. 470 days have already passed.
