Other: Hello. I'm writing about the East-West Greenway on Bloomington's east side. Biking toward Park Ridge East Park there is a hump and a curve in route. Great biking route but cars are a bit quick. I read there is some new traffic calming initiative? I don't know what that involves but if a Greenway improvement could happen with a bump in those two spots it would be amazing. I appreciated new humps are going into Park Ridge along the same route east of campus and Pete Ellis, so having that all the way through would be a big safety plus for us. Thank you.

Hi! Thank you for reaching out, and your interest in the new Traffic Calming and Greenway Program. We will be opening the resident-led process for projects in January, and I would be delighted to add you to the list of those who I contact (I already have it down to contact the Park Ridge/ Park Ridge East Neighborhood Associations) when we open it. Also, if you email me at rickbeilm@bloomington.in.gov, I would be happy to discuss the program and give you a general idea for what to expect insofar as materials needed for applications. Please reach out to me if you would like more information. I'd be delighted to help however I can. Thank you.
