Other: West side of rogers just south of 11th, sidewalk is covered with sand where construction traffic crosses it (i believe this vacant lot is a staging area for garage construction?). Its been nasty for weeks but something about it changed recently and now its a significant slip hazard. My 8yo fell here this morning and i had a hard time with it just now
