Other: All the storm drains at this intersection were cleared except for one and it's the main one. The picture shows the one drain that was not cleared. All that leaf litter in it is what has flown downhill to this drain. The strain is the one that is the out drain that all the others are attached to. If this one doesn't drain then the water collects in the intersection. When this drain was cleared three weeks ago all the leaf litter was left on the grass next to the drain and that's one reason why it got clogged again.
