Other: Sidewalk on West side of Rogers just south of 11th Street covered in sand gravel still. You know, I really can't tell if they aren't clearing it or if the dust situation in their driveway is so bad that it refills immediately but there is still sand on the sidewalk every single time I am there and it's not just a little bit of sand. my good humor about this situation really evaporated when my kid fell last week. Anyways now there's a tarp too.
