Other: Your verification method with the photos is terrible. Using this in a phone it tormented me for 10 minutes before refusing to register my issue. Your system is great but for the verification issue, which seems to have been designed to torment people into not reporting. I assume most people are using their telephones - serving up nine images (including broad streetscapes) and asking if any fire hydrants or bicycles are depicted, is an impossible task without a jewelers’ eyepiece. The UX is broken, as the kids say. Please consider a different method or no method. The fact that this has to be even reported tells me you must have a system designed by teenagers.

We're using Google's Invisible reCaptcha. Only if Google is suspect that you could be acting malicious, based on failed attempts or other information that feeds their protection algorithm do they prompt the fall-back image box selection technique. Closing due to Google's Invisible reCaptcha service acting as it's supposed to for our front-end client reporting.
