Other: Even on trails where there is no room for social distancing, maybe half the people there wear no masks--and no surprise, because the city has not posted a sign at the park to say to do so. I've reported this by phone to no avail. Does the city even care if people wear masks? Why is so little done to encourage it? Why do so many city workers work close to each other, often close to people out walking, without masks?
