Water Utility Problems:

Other: I noticed my water usage was higher this month. I had no idea why. I looked under my house. No leak. A service man working on my next door neighbor just informed me that my water meter was leaking which must explain the higher usage. First you need to repaair it and second will an adjustment be made on my water bill since the leakage is being caused by the meter?
