Other: Abandoned Kmart reminds an eyesore on eastside with more and more cars parked there. Seems to be an industrial/service parking lot right now. Could be sooooo much better utilized for a busy bustling part of town near the mall. Nice to emphasize walking space and green space there but some restaurants/retail/hotel and perhaps commercial or housing too. Please provide incentives for development since a number of years now. Or a nice planning group like has happened in other redevelopment sites. Thank you!
