closed: Can't Fix #174422

Sidewalk Requests:

Other: Large patch of ice on sidewalk between mall entrance off of College Mall Ave, behind BJ's brewhouse. Slipped and took a pretty bad fall there today around noon and I'd imagine others have as well.
