Other: Water is permanently standing in the new large dog area of the Switchyard Park dog park. This has led to injuries among other issues with dogs (not to mention the huge mess this makes and destruction to the grounds of the park). Please remedy this situation as soon as possible. Thank you.

A drain line has been added to the tree area. It will take time for the area around the tree to come back. Snow fencing added to keep dogs from that area.
