Other: New traffic lanes narrow excessively northbound at East Moores Pike intersection with South Sare Road/South College Mall Road. Two lanes south of traffic light are funneled into two very narrow lanes north of the signal. Close call/near miss accidents both Monday and Wednesday morning.
