Other: This dog at shalomes has mange of some kind hair falling off nails need clipped so bad it would rip out it's paws two handfuls of food yet it's owner has 200.00 worth of boots on for a service dog it is that horrible cared for it eats nothing but her and two hands full of food it needs a vet
