Other: I’ve reported this before, but there’s a homeless man cutting down trees and trashing the BLINK. He has been hammering things constantly all night. If you’re walking from south walnut towards south Henderson street along the trail, you’ll see his shelter on the right. He has been leaving trash alongside both sides though. Is it okay for him to be cutting down all of the nature that some of us would like to enjoy? I have to avoid walking my dog in the grass in that area due to the trash he has left.
This activity is on private property. Parks will continue to maintain B-Link Trail/city property.
Moriah - Thank you for the uReport. We took a look out there today and the activity is taking place on private property. We will continue to monitor B-Link Trail that we are responsible for and maintain.
We will send a crew out Monday to investigate.
