Problem resolved by flushing the water main.

I am going to send a crew out this morning to flush out the water main which services your home. Afterwards it is advised that you flush out your home plumbing, by removing faucet aerators and running cold water at full strength for 10-15 minutes. Regardless of what caused the issue, these actions normally resolve the problem.
