Spoke with the police chief who engaged the downtown resource officers (DRO). Per DRO's the site has been vacated and the property owner will get it cleaned up as soon as possible. If it occurs again, please refile a report.

homeless camp, fire outside in front of shelter, tree on right has caught fire before, also stove pipe in shelter, called police at noon on the 10th while I was working on a property 214 E Vermilya Ave. but no one showed up, at that time there was an active fire inside and out
