Other: Hello I used a downtown metered parking space on January 9th and have since been charged two additional times to that card. One of those times I was out of state at the time of charge and the other time is today which I haven’t used metered parking. This is very frustrating and seems like an error in your system. Can you please refund me and remove my card from your system? Thank you
