closed: Can't Fix #174590

Sidewalk & Curb Complaints:

Other: Duke Energy would like to remove the tree as it may obstruct powerline work. We were contacted at Olympus Properties for removal approval, however, given that the tree is on the street side of the sidewalk, we were not sure if this tree may actually fall under city property. Is this tree property of the city of Bloomington?
