That's what the MOT plans show that the Board approved. We've been working closely with the contractor while they do the water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer. They needed to get those connections completed before installing the walk around. Today they are doing the final storm water tie in to the building. Concrete will be poured and back open later today. They are doing all the utility work ahead of the walk around so they don't have to get into the walkaround later. Once the walk around is installed it won't be blocked for additional work.
