Other: I have applied for assistance I have broken windows in my house my ex boyfriend broke out and my furnace and electric box are torn up and it’s freezing in my house. I am a victim of violent crime and domestic violence including identity theft and fraud and Hayley Sipes stole all of my personal information and using it she has Matt Biggs phone 812-585-5400 and with my ex boyfriend Travis Knight and last week they took me to Brazil In to be harmed she stole my id social security card and all debit cards. I’ve applied for assistance was offered home replacement etc and she and Deb Thomas stole everything that was offered to me. Thank you
