Other: The owners of this property currently have a contractor cutting an entire tree down, blocking the alleyway. They frequently have contractors and tenants of their airbnb in and out of their property, blocking the street, blocking cars in, encroaching on nearby property. No one in the adjacent properties were notified this would be happening. This tree is old and enormous, and one of a pair that was clearly planted together years ago. They're chopping it down instead of fixing their sewage - not illegal or a violation, but 100% selfish yuppie hogshit in keeping with everything else they've done.
