Blocked Sidewalk:
Other: East side of college just south of 11th Street. I think this is called Bentley. They are blocking the sidewalk with a gravel shooter at head level. They have left wooden debris and concrete forms all over the public right away. Is this what the site is supposed to look like? Have you come to inspect the site and seen it look like this and then accepted their promise that it would be fixed in a moment? Did that moment get repeated again and again and again everyday if it's there if it's blocked when you're there it's blocked when you're not there. You really got to do your job here.
