City of Bloomington, Indiana

closed: Resolved #175018

Accessibility Problem:

Other: Just today, I noticed a 4, maybe 5 year old ridding his/her bike down 10th St., and the parents walking along seemed 'forced' to help child off bike, then "lift" bike onto sidewalk. As I use a walker, and to gain access to the BT 'stop'. I feel it best someone contact the BHA (Barrington Homeowners Association and enforce city laws of/for which they claimed to be "exempt" from, although I very much disagree. I consider this/them to be a well justified part of the City of Bloomington. IF asked/requested, I will take a picture of possible curb-cut or ramp sites.

This right of way is with the Department of Transportation. So until they upgrade that stretch of the highway it won't be addressed. The City can't do anything about it, though. So closing this one.
