Per CBU supervisor, crew is there today and are reworking the alley to divert the water away from customers home.

I apologize for the delay in responding to this issue. I believe this was inadvertently lost when the individual to which it was assigned, retired. I've visited the property and reviewed the situation. The City will regrade the unimproved east-west alley on the north side of the home so the water will continue to run west toward Woodlawn Ave. The stormwater maintenance crew has some other projects in the queue but should get to this within a month.
