Other: I was at switchyard park playing pickleball with a my children, ages 4 and 7, on Friday evening. Those experiencing homelessness were congregated on the north benches. Hot coffee carafes had been put out, and a constant strong smell of tobacco smoke was present. The smoke smell was overpowering and caused us to leave the park.
