Other: The intersection of Moores Pike and Sare Road continues to not identify where the lanes are, which is the right turn only lane. My wife and I were almost side swipped again today and there have been multiple times that we have almost been hit. The lanes aren't identified, the traffic patterns are dangerous, chaotic, and the signs they do have have been facing the wrong direction.
