Other: i have lived at Hillside Crossing apartment complex on southern driver for over 3 years now. My apartment complex management has told me for years that all of southern drive is public street parking, yet i have now been into numerous arguments and had numerous notes left on my car window from other housing residents that claim otherwise. Can you please clarify what the citys stance is on street parking on southern drive off of Henderson Street? If possible, i would like some kind of evidence in writing to be able to show residents in the future.

No parking is allowed on the street, the side pull offs are for parking, they are for anyone, they are not reserved.
