Potholes, Other Street Repair:

Other: There was an extremely large pothole in the middle of 17th street right near the coin laundromat. It caused me to get a flat tire because it was unavoidable. I needed to be towed and during the 2 hours I sat and waited for a tow 2 other cars had to be towed because of this pothole. I was wondering if there was any way the city would reimburse me for it. I’m not sure if this would be the right form to submit or not. Thanks!
