Other: I am a "Adopt a storm drain" volunteer and a problem is forming at the southeast intersection of Queensway and Chelsey Ct's storm drain. Blocks of broken pavement from freeze thaw are accumulating by the drain entry. I have been placing them next to the curb to prevent them from plugging the drain. There is a similar problem at the southwest corner as well but the volume of the pile is smaller. At some point these materials will need to be removed. Don Eggert
