Other: I am concerned that the foot massage spa in the 500 block of West 4th may be engaged in sex trafficking. I often see Asian women outside smoking, but if I smile or say hi, they run inside. (I am female and non-threatening in appearance if that matters.) it may be just a cultural or language barrier, and I have no evidence, but I would appreciate it if someone would check on this to make sure the women are safe and there voluntarily. Thank you.
