Other: Need a fence also to keep homeless away from our door also ! At the Switchyard apartment complex on Rogers st . If I put my plant outside for sunshine some one steals it ! Not safe at the Switchyard apartment. My neighbors are in worsening health do to what the city has built and not protecting the handicap tenants! I have call the cops . Last time they don’t show up just called back . And they can not arrest anyone trespassing without a sign ! It will be the city’s fault if anyone dies due to this happening on a day to day basses . Help all of us out of this mess . I’m willing to let the landlord to stay in my apartment for a week if he can stand it !!! And survived. It’s no place for the handicap! Make the apartments safe !
