Other: The city came a couple weeks ago to fill in some potholes in front of our house/mailbox, but the potholes need to be filled in more. There is puddling in front of our mailbox where street parking should be possible, but it is not possible when there is even a bit of rain. More importantly, someone in a wheelchair rides right over that area of the road in a wheelchair onto our sidewalk leading to University Elementary School, where he works. The puddles make it hard to see how deep the pothole actually is. I would not want him to become injured trying to cross the public street on his way to/from work.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 17 days have already passed.
