Other: The grassy area in between the sidewalk & street in front of 521 W. Kirkwood has several sinkholes. It is hazardous for people waiting for the bus. Who is responsible for filling these in--the city or the property owner Tom Gallagher? If it's the city, which dept? Don't know of there are pipes under that area.Thanks.
