Debris Removal (Sand, General Street Debris):

Other: Tons of trash surrounding the block of the shalom center. Lots and lots of cigarette butts over the road and sidewalks around the shalom center. This is an environmental hazard and needs cleaned up. Also a plan to reduce pollution for this area would be beneficial. Trash cans, cigarette butt stations, and holding patrons of shalom center accountable.
