Other: We were told by the crew that created the sidewalk on Sare Road that our hill on that side of our fence would be no-mow foliage or no-mow grass. It is currently as long as the other side of the new sidewalk. It is not safe for us to mow it with only having a zero-turn mower. How can we get it switched to the no-mow foliage we were told would be planted?
