Other: When using Butler Park for youth baseball, please remind parents that parking on 9th street is one directional (cars pointing east) and that they cannot park beyond the no parking signage. Doing so occludes the view of the intersection and creates a dangerous traffic scenario. We have lots of foot and bike traffic at 9th and Williams. Had several parents try to skirt the rule this morning and get rather quippy when asked to move their vehicle. We welcome youth baseball on the Near West Side, just ask that parents adhere to the posted signs as to not create a dangerous situation for motorists, pedestrians, or bicyclists. Plenty of parking at the community garden just half a block from the ball field. :)
