Other: The address above isn’t correct, I live at 8013 S Zikes Rd and the problem is the third house on the street. I believe it’s 8015....but it is a blue house with a carport full of trash and broken down furniture. This trash has been here for over two weeks! It was left behind by the previous tenant and never removed by the owner of the home before moving new tenants in. This is a pattern of this landlord. The owner he had in there a few years ago left dogs in the home to destroy the house and use the bathroom and infest the home with fleas! We struggled that year with our own pets due to the infestation! This house is becoming a nuisance and health hazard. It’s also an eyesore of the road! Is there something that can be done, we are tried of living next to a trashed home. It’s a health hazard!
