Other: Social Workers should NOT be reporting to police officers and police command. Stop being performative. Dispatch can be shared but social service calls should be handled separately by individuals who are accountable to their professional ethics and not a police force with inherently differentiated goals. Social workers should not exist for image control and saving money through less 911 calls, they should exist to help people, particularly the marginalized. Restructure before it's too late for these individuals to work WITH police, not for them. A shameful policy choice that you can still correct.
