Other: There are frequently creepy older men hanging around the Upper Cascades Park and Playground area. The same vehicles are often seen, with the occupants hanging around, then acting shifty and walking into the woods when another car approaches and that occupant also walks into the woods. The individuals then exit the woods at or close to the same time. Sometimes, the cars just park next to each other briefly and then leave. Then the "regular" car returns and waits for another vehicle to approach. Taken all together, it looks like drug deals going down on the regular. There is also litter all over the walking path in the woods and the Lions' Den picnic shelter.
Patrol will be advised to provide extra patrol for the area.
