Other: The residents "moved out" over month ago, and the trash outside of the property is still piled around the building. there was some effort to remove what is out front, but there still remains quite a bit around the sides and piled against the house out back. Also, although the grass was "cut" it was not cut well or low enough, it definitely needs cutting. This is a mosquito and tick haven. Please have something done about it. If fines have not already been assessed perhaps that would motivate the property owners.
