My apologies. We're currently having some mechanical issues. A spray pad is more complicated than a pool because of the number of filters and the constant loss of water. We're waiting on some parts and if they come in the spray pad should be going. You can check the City of Bloomington Parks and Recreation on Facebook or 812-349-3741 (currently being upgraded so may be down for a bit) for updates.
