I received word of your issue around 8:22am on 06-07-2021. At that time I logged to the City's Utilities eSuite portal and viewed the https://esuite.bloomington.in.gov/eSuite.Utilities/Consumption/Default.aspx page. It is rendering as it should.
This may be a side effect of your browser or the status of your customer account and/or water meter(s). But with out knowing who you are I cannot proceed with debugging or creating a resolution.
I have found that both the latest version of Chrome and Firefox work best with the Utilities esuite site.
please consider resubmitting a uReport ticket including your contact information if you want to pursue the solution to your particular issue. The site seems to be working for other water customers.
