Other: Homeless individuals are urinating through the fence line onto our property, multiple times a day. This morning, as I came into my office and opened my blinds, an individual exposed himself by taking off his pants to urinate. They are littering trash all over and throwing clothing items over the fence. Their animals are also running around off-leash, sometimes even barking at pedestrians on the B-Line, occasionally chasing after them.
