City Performance:

Other: I am under the impression that overnight camping is not allowed on public property. Why is the city allowing so many tents all throughout the city being set up overnight? What’s the point of having laws/regulations if we are not going to follow them? What other laws/regulations are we going to turn a blind eye to next?
