Other: Restaurants on the north side of the 100 block of E Kirkwood are completely taking up the ENTIRE STREET. Pedestrians can still use the sidewalk, but what are bicycles supposed to do? Restaurant outdoor dining tables are curb to curb (and out of 35+ tables on a Sunday afternoon, exactly 1 table had customers.) It would be a lot better for private businesses to set up to SHARE the public street rather than make it impossible for bicycles to get through without taking a detour or dismounting.
