Other: If a house owner piled things in their driveway and use the public street for parking, and the other drivers have to drive on the other side of the street to get around. In case any accident happened while driving on the other side of the street, who will be responsible? Could city give this person a suggestion to clean their driveway for parking and make the public street a save place to drive? This situation happened in Park Ridge. Thanks for your attention.
