Sewer Problems (Storm Sewers):

Other: The asphalt in front of our neighbors house crumbled up and it all floats down to my sewer. I also cleaned the debris from two drains across the street. I don’t mind keeping gutter clean but I never know what to do with all the pieces of asphalt. We used to have an older gentleman that worked for the city that always checked drains but I figured he retired. Thanks for your help.
