Traffic Signals:

Other: several stop lights take to long to change. 2nd and Paterson, Paterson and Fairview 1 Minuit and 45 seconds. Other lights on Paterson are on timers instead of the sensors. Paterson and Fairview coming out of Catalent you have about 10 seconds to get threw it before it changes red again.
